Every month or two, we partner with a chef celebrated for their mastery of a particular cuisine or style. In collaboration, we create a menu that highlights their passion and craft — blending authenticity, creativity, and refined presentation into an experience

Current Collaborations

Now Featuring: Chef Antonio Rossi — Italian Summer

This season, we’ve partnered with Chef Antonio Rossi, an Italian-born chef known for his handmade pastas and wood-fired cooking. Together, we’ve crafted a menu that celebrates the flavors of Southern Italy:

  • Burrata with roasted tomatoes & basil oil
  • Handmade ricotta gnudi with lemon butter
  • Fire-roasted branzino with capers & olives
  • Olive oil citrus cake with mascarpone cream

Past Collaborations

Spring 2025 — Chef Aiko Tanaka, Japan → Kaiseki-inspired tasting: wagyu tataki, miso black cod, matcha soufflé.

Winter 2025 — Chef Maria Gonzalez, Spain → Tapas, saffron paella, Basque cheesecake.

Fall 2024 — Chef Yusuf Karim, Morocco → Tagines, saffron couscous, preserved lemon chicken.

 Unlike traditional catering that rely on static menus, our philosophy is dynamic: food should be as alive and evolving as the people who enjoy it. By collaborating with chefs who specialize in their own cultures and cuisines, we bring authenticity, passion, and artistry to every dish.
